Run in the Park

FredLuluCropRoad work is part of every good boxer’s training regimen.  It helps to run with a buddy and there is someone from Le Boxeur running in Audubon Park 3-4 days a week- so scheduling is easy.  You can choose a run to count as one of your monthly sessions. We focus on shorter distances 2-4 miles depending on the day and endurance level. Some days are interval runs – with 3 minute sprints with 30 second rests in between to best simulate fight conditions.  We typically end with mitt work on the Newman Bandstand.
